The Anchovy Festival Comes to Collioure on June 6 & 7

Just minutes from Grand Hôtel du Golfe, the port of Collioure dresses in its finest colours to honour the anchovy — a gastronomic and cultural treasure of the Côte Vermeille. On June 6 and 7, the quays come alive with bandas, traditional Catalan boats and the rich flavours of local terroir.

For the 2026 edition, the programme blends a gourmet market, culinary demonstrations, local product tastings and maritime festivities in a warm and festive atmosphere. The anchovy producers Roque and Desclaux share their ancestral craft, passed down through generations.
