Savor the Mediterranean
terroir

Le Bistrot à la Mer, our seafront restaurant near Collioure, celebrates local produce through sincere and inspired cuisine. Between the Mediterranean, the Pyrenees and the Catalan hinterland, influences blend to create a rich and balanced palette of flavors. Locally caught fish, Collioure’s iconic anchovies, seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs and wines from Domaine Terre Jaume come together in dishes deeply rooted in the region, from Mediterranean shores to vineyard-covered hillsides.

Inspired by markets and the rhythm of the seasons, Chef Vincent Estruc’s cuisine is expressed with precision and generosity. A distinctive bistronomic table, welcoming both locals, travelers passing through, and guests of the Grand Hôtel du Golfe.

Whether in the dining room or on the terrace facing the sea, the experience is designed to be indulgent, simple and authentic.

Secret sea-view
terrace
